This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). It provides a roadmap for individuals seeking to request access to records held by APORIA STRATEGIC (Pty) Ltd.

3. Guide of the Information Regulator
The Information Regulator has compiled a guide, as required by Section 10 of PAIA, which contains information to assist any person wishing to exercise their rights. This guide is available from the Information Regulator (https://inforegulator.org.za/).
4. Records Held by the Company
We hold the following categories of records, some of which may be strictly confidential and not readily available without a formal PAIA request:
- Corporate Records: Incorporation documents, core constitutional documents.
- Financial Records: Accounting records, tax returns, banking details.
- Operational Records: Proprietary software architecture data, CRM data (governed strictly by POPIA and third-party processing agreements).
5. Request Procedure
To request access to a record, you must complete the prescribed PAIA Form 2 (Request for Access to Record) and submit it to the Information Officer via email. The requester must provide sufficient detail on the form to enable the Information Officer to properly identify the record and the requester.
6. Prescribed Fees
A requestor is required to pay the prescribed fees as set out in the PAIA regulations before a request will be processed. Details of the fees will be communicated upon receipt of the request form.
